We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro.
All telephone credit/debit card transactions are subject to a £1.50 per transaction charge.

By Post
Please send full details of the booking (show/date/time/number of tickets required/if any concessions apply), accompanied with a cheque for the correct amount to the address above and a contact telephone number. Please remember to include a stamped self-addressed envelope for the return of your tickets.   We will book the best available seats we have at the time.

In Person
At the Benn Hall Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, debit card no charge, credit card £1.00 charge.

Cheques
Please make cheques payable to Rugby LCA, making sure to enter your address, guarantee number and expiry date on the reverse.

Answerphone
During busy periods you may get our answering service.  Please leave your name and telephone number; our box office staff will return your call as soon as possible.

Exchanges/Refunds
We are unable to process refunds under any circumstances (unless the show has been cancelled/postponed).
