NPA Heart Of England Body Building Championships; the midlands heats of the NPA, opens 3pm, admission £10.00, refreshments available. The Natural Physique Association was founded in April 2004 by a group of well respected and influential bodybuilding enthusiasts who got together with a determination to promote natural bodybuilding to the best of their abilities.

A Rock, Pop and Blues Charity Concert in aid of UNICEF, The Nelson Mandella Children's Fund and Lesotho. 3 local bands will be performing - Shuttle 21, The Dirt Farmers and Stuntdog. There will be a raffle and auction with some fantastic prizes including a signed Coventry City shirt, a guitar, a trip to an off road driving centre and a mounted large scale photograph from local photographer Keith Jones.
